Karuna is a Sanskrit word that means compassion. And true compassion for others starts with self-compassion. We will virtually sit in circle (Online via Zoom), create sacred space together, share, learn and meditate with the intention of strengthening our capacity for compassion for self and others. Our gathering will include an oracle card reading for each participant. Please bring an object, writing or poem to share on our virtual Karuna altar. And invite a friend!
